Chris Hemsworth stars in the horror film "The Cabin in the Woods," however, the actor his hesitant to simply call it a conventional horror movie.

"I think it's unlike anything else, to be honest. It's even hard to sit it in the horror film genre," Hemsworth said in an interview provided by Lionsgate Entertainment. "I think it's certainly got aspects of it but there's -- without saying too much -- there's just so many more twists and turns. "

The movie was originally shot in 2009 but was delayed when the studio Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer filed for bankruptcy. It was sold to Lion Gate in 2011 and was released on April 13.
