“Mike and Dana’s credits more than exemplify what we need in creative partners, and we’re glad to have them as part of our team.”The explicit bestsellers follow college graduate Anastasia Steele’s S&M relationship with manipulative billionaire Christian Grey.
Hollywood heartthrobs Ryan Gosling, Chris Pine and Ian Somerhalder are reportedly being considered for the main role, but no stars have yet been cast.
As well as Stewart, Scarlett Johansson is tipped for the role of Anastasia.Author James - whose real name is Erika Leonard - said on Twitter: “All rumours about casting are just conjecture at the moment.”
